the stock exhaust caused my jeep to slow greatly when I let off of the gas peddle, the Banks exhaust changed that greatly. Now when I let off the peddle my jeep will coast for a great distance, and the engine now sounds freed up. The sound is a little loader than I like, how ever the result of the freedom to the engine, it is worth putting up with a little noise. The only issue that I had was with the exhaust tip, It would not work with my receiver hitch, had to go and get a turn down tip.

Great

Sounds much better than stock. Install was very easy once I got the old exhaust off. Haven't had a chance to check any mpg improvements. All in all, I am very pleased with this exhaust system.

This system was easy to install once you got the old system off. It gives the car a nice throaty sound and when coupled with the banks ram air intake sounds and performes amazingly.

Removing oem setup was the most time consuming.. love the sound with banks setup.. noticed some gains in engine Performance.. very impressed with the research and development Banks puts in when building their products.... I've installed banks ram air intake And monster exhaust.. now I'm saving some money for torque tube Header, revolver series.... Purchase their products.. if installed correctly... u will not be disapointed.

Banks product delivered in excellent shape, packed well. Installation was a breeze once the old system was removed. Just a liitle louder than I really wanted but hey, I knew what I was doing. I have seen a marked improvement in low end performance which is what I and everyone else with a 4-banger are chasing. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a new cat-back exhaust.

Replaced the original muffler which had 93k,and 13 years. Banks packaging was excellent, contents in perfect condition. Fast shipping. Assembly was very easy, didnt even have to raise Jeep. I would prefer all compression clamps with kit.My 3-speed auto-trans,with 3:73 ratio, stock air intake, glides from the big straight through exhaust! Definately more power! Exhaust tone noticeable up to 2k rpm, blends at cruise. Moderate tone when hammered. Fast free shipping, extra discounts,I'am very satisfied AutoAnything!

I investigated many exhaust systems before chosing the Banks system. I read the test done by JP magazine, and used this to narrow it down to three systems. Borla, Banks and Magnaflow. Comparing the ease of installation, cost and sound, I decided to go with Banks. I had already installed a Banks Ram Air intake and knew that they make a quality product. I agree with JP magazine on all their findings except one. They said that the exhaust pipe came close to the shock and track bar.. I found the pipe to have plenty of room and installed very easily. The sound is nice, loud enough but not too loud. The fit and finish of this exhaust was well worth the money. I recommned this exhaust to anyone.

The Banks Monster Exhaust system matched up nicely with the Magna Flow exact fit catalytic converter I ordered from AutoAnything. Shipping was prompt and arrived packaged very well. Installation was as simple as could be expected, having another person is a necessity. Nice clear throaty sound. Acceleration feels smoother too.
