Great choice for deep agressive sound.. Much better than any other I tried.. I purchased the 3in mbrp and took it off after the test drive and bought this one which I had on a previous truck.. Much better choice with the banks.

I've been looking at this system for a while, I found it at a different website for quite a bit less but autoanything beat their price. The entire process of removing the old exhaust & installing the new one only took about 1 1/2 hrs. The first start up blew me away! The sound was noting less than MEAN! Deep & throaty, just like I hoped. I noticed a slight increase in thottle response, (I also have a powerade throttle body spacer & K&N cold air intake). My mpg has dropped a little, but I'm still getting on the gas more often just to hear it! I WILL by this exhaust system again, when I get another truck, and I WILL buy it from autoanything!

I had a little bit of trouble getting the intermediate pipe into the Banks pipe, but the rest of the installation was a breeze. I really like the sound, although its a little louder than I originally wanted. Makes my truck sound mean and like it's got a pair.

Banks could do a better job explaining that the 1st factory clamp you are told to loosen needs to be removed because you use their clamp. Also they could do a better job of explaining how to remove the factory pipe as there is a keyway with a "tit" that slides in and turns to lock the rear portion of the exhaust to the front. I used a grinder to remove the "tit" from the factory exhaust as I was unable to rotate the exhaust enough to slide it off.

I bought this exhaust and did not like it because it was too loud for my taste. I put if on the truck for an hour and autoanything would not take it back or even work with me. So if you buy from them you better want it because its yours. I mean how are you supposed to know if you like something without trying it. Makes no sense to me but I will not be returning to shop. Good prices, but service sucks!!!!!! I guess I should have known when the prices were so good, so its my fault, oh well I know the truth now.

I was Looking for the best performance exhaust for my 2010 Platinum f-150 and was'nt disapointed with the Banks system. Great sound, and a noticable improvement in off the line "get up & go" power. I definately did'nt like the exhaust tip that comes with the system because it was way to large and guaghty... I had a muffler shop cut that one off and replace with a five inch round tip and it looks like it was made for the truck. Definately the system to purchase if your looking for great sound and performance.

Perfect fit and easy install. Hardest part is getting the stocker off. If you want a throaty loud rumble this is the pick. Great sound A couple gripes: 1) Should have come with stainless band clamps rather than U bolt style. 2) Weld the tip all the way around don't just tack in multiple spots. 3) Improve on Fords crap design and include a solid mid pipe that bolts at the stock flange to the muffler. All and all weighting the pros and cons I would purchase this exhaust again compared to the others on the market.
