The internal monolith in one of my factory cats broke loose on my 2003 Avalanche which is a common problem in GM trucks of that age. It was rattling around and caused a catalyst efficiency check engine code. GM Dealer wanted $1500 to source and install their $800 part. The chat window opened and a parts specialist confirmed fit for my application and even knocked a little more off the price. They beat Jegs, Summit, Rock Auto pricing substantially.

03 Suburban - Definitely need an impact wrench! Rather than trashing 2 universals, just go ahead and cut the elbow out of the way to get to the nut, could have saved tons of time if I did it earlier. Had to use LP torch and freeze spray numerous times to break last 3 nuts loose. I used a shim between crossmember and driveshaft to hold pressure off trany support. Got to remove trany support, no way around it. Runs like new. Saved $$$$, thanks Autoanything. I'll be back.

The flowmaster fit perfect and was easy to install, the only problem I had with this product is where they punch the whole for the CO sensor, they left the plug inside the pipe which i had to fish it out because it was laying near the catalytic. Need to remove any trash or metal plugs from unit

My husband surprised me with my 2004 Z71 Suburban in November 2012. This truck is in excellent condition, I am such a lucky lady. He has been upgrading everything since the day we got it home since it was all stock, great condition, but we cannot have that!!! This was the last major task to do and with the Flowmaster CC I now have my perfect ride. Thanks AutoAnything for the great prices and selection. We will be back!!
