Out of the box, the Magnaflow for my STI had so little clearance that I came very close to sending it back. And that would have been a huge hassle. Fortunately, my installer was Cobb Tuning. The guys there went way out of their way to "make it fit". Lots of benchwork - hammering on heat shields, etc. - to acquire clearance. So far, no rattles or contact. But I will be taking it back to Cobb in a week to check the fitment again. Looks great. Sounds great. A very poor fit from an otherwise good company.

direct fit converter fit good. my only complaint is the front O2 sensor isn't angled out enough towards the front resulting in a very tight fit with very little clearance to the timing belt cover. also the O2 bungs for the front O2 sensor for early and late model fitment are welded to close together resulted in trimming the heat sheild for the O2 sensor to be able to screw in to the exhaust. The only thing left is to see is how durable the SS pipes & welds hold up.
