exhaust upgrade

Decided to upgrade my stock F-150 5.0LT, exhaust. Went with Gibson and couldn't be happier. Great sound, not overly loud, and no interior droning. Highly recommend.

Perfect fit

Very simple straight forward installation with no missing parts or complications. A little louder than expected but not too bad.

Sounds and looks Great ??

I have never used Gibson until now. I am now a firm believer that Gibson is quality exhaust. I like the way my exhaust sounds and hope it does my power and fuel mileage some good.

Fit like a glove

This exhaust system fit perfectly. Recommend have a friend or stout teenager to help with muffler and tailpipe connection. Would have been tough with one person. Bolts onback of Cat were the worst, the bad nuts and threaded into Cat flanges. Cut them off and expected pound of with a sledge, nope. Two were pretty easy two were stubborn. Those bolts and gaskets are not included in kit but easy to source locally. Much quieter than expected but does have a little growl, but easy to talk inside.

2019 Ford F150 2.7 Gibson Exhaust

I purchased this Gibson exhaust for my 2019 F150, with the 6 cylinder 2.7. It definitely does not sound loud at all, which is what I wanted. It has a low rumble to it. The install was easy, and I am very satisfied the the system.

Mechanic

The system has a great sound as well as the pipes are bent clean and nice however the fitment was horrible the y pipe did not fit well I had to modify it to fit my truck overall it's a great system for the price and it sounds great but engineering needs to look into the y pipe issue

Exhaust power

Exhaust instructions are not 100% clear, exhaust drone bad in vehicle. I thought it was suppose to be mildly aggressive which it is not. Looks great installed.

Not what I expected

First off it took over a month for delivery which I guess was Gibson's fault. Secondly, the hardware provided didn't allow to me to tighten the connections enough so I had to purchase an additional $50 in parts to replace what it came with. Several rattles occured with provided equipment

Gibson cat back

Installed on 2018 F 150 with the 5.0 V8. Didn't want it to be too loud inside or out and this fit the bill for me. The spread exit of the tips was also pleasing.

gibson let down

Comes without a lead pipe for one thing. One side of the exhaust runs along the frame theater is about two inches inside the frame rail. Some of the joints fit together just fine some kept falling apart on every test run.that was after hitting them with 1/2 milwaukee impact. The hanger bracket for the muffler kept rubbing on the drive shaft and we had to heat the bracket with a torch and pry it off the shaft. this gibson exhaust replaces another gibsonexhaut and iwould not buy another.

Gibson exhaust installed on 2008 Ram 2500

was a direct replacement for the tailpipe and muffler; Gibson exhaust had preinstalled hangers that matched up to existing chassis supports. Hardest part of job was removing the old muffler.

Quick Easy Performance w/ great sound

Title says it all, pretty easy to install, if you have any mechanical aptitude. Very happy with the performance, and sound. Only thing I don't like is the amount of backflow when coasting down hill. Could be because of the cold air intake though. All and all very happy. Too bad Auto Anything took almost a month to ship out

Nice mid level exhaust

Overall, very nice and mid range price point. Very happy with the unlocked performance. Not loud at all, no drone what so ever. Doesn't choke at high rpms, like slowmasters. Install was a bit tough in places, but finally went in. Overall, for the price and performance expected from the Gibson name, I'm very happy.

Gibson Super Truck Exhaust

Great cat-back exhaust system! Quality is top notch, sounds great, looks great, and install was straight-forward & simple. Replaced a Flowmaster system that had been on my truck for about 7 years. I was looking for a little more sound, and loved the side-exit exhaust in front of the rear wheel. Very happy!
