Not sure which 2002 GMC Sierra Exhaust, Mufflers & Tips are right for you? We have over 11164 customer reviews, with an average rating of 4.5, to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Here's what some of our customers have said:

"The overall system is easy to install. The sound and throttle response is exactly what I was looking for. But, A few things left out of the box was nuts for 2 clamps and they don't give you new bolts to mount to the cat.I had to bend a section of pipe because it hit a cross member. After a trip to the hardware store for new bolts and nuts for the clamps I was good. The price I paid should of included a few more parts." —Herb M from Gouverneur, NY bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 GMC Sierra.

"Sounds GREAT on my sierra 4.3 V6 Strong rumble at low rpm and powerful deep sound from about 1800 rpm and up. Interior resonance is not bad at all, considering how loud it is outside." —Peter C from New Vernon, NJ bought a Flowmaster Super 44 Series Mufflers for a 2002 GMC Sierra.

"This was the final piece to my exhaust system. First I got the JBA cat back exhaust and it added performance and a nice sound. Then I got the JBA headers and I didn't notice any significant differance. So I decided to get these Magnaflow performance cats and it realy helped to let my headers flow better. Sound is deeper now and performance is great. Magnaflow was the only one to offer "perfomance cats". Huge differance from my old California cats. I highly recommend these." —Steve S from Greeley, CO bought a Magnaflow Catalytic Converters - 49 State Legal for a 2002 GMC Sierra, 1500, 4.8L V8.

"I haven't put them on yet but they look sweet and I hope I gain As much power and increase my gas mileage by as much they say they can. But they look really good and looks like a good product." —Ryan W from Oshkosh, WI bought a Gibson Exhaust Performance Header for a 2002 GMC Sierra.

"I wanted a turndown exhaust tip because I was getting tired of cleaning my rear quarter panel of the black diesel soot... It works like a charm! I have an Edge Juice box, and when I step on the "go" pedal hard enough, she blows smoke like a freight train. However, my rear quarter panel stays nice and clean. It was very easy to put on and it looks great! A lot better looking than the Banks tip I had before...I get lots of compliments. Thanks." —Jose C from Santa Clarita, CA bought a MBRP Turndown Exhaust Tip for a 2002 GMC Sierra.

"The system came quickly and it was easy enough to install. I didn't have to cut the old system off as per directions. I think that due to the fact I had the truck up on 1ft. high ramps. I do have a suggestion for the manufacture of the exhaust system. Either extend the pipes from the muffler at least 1" on each end or make the exhaust pipes connecting to the muffler at least 1" longer so that the hanger at the rear tail pipe will line up with the stock hanger. This will omit the need for the rear clamp with the hanger pin welded to it. A cleaner looking job will result. This is not a problem if the system is welded at a muffler shop (Which I had done) because they were able to slide the pipe back far enough to line it up with the hanger and weld the pipes together, omitting the clamps. It looks factory and neat. Nice throaty sound but not too loud. Don't know if MPG increased yet because I haven't filled up since installation. Overall satisified and good value for the system." —Dennis T from Olympia, WA bought a JBA Performance Exhaust for a 2002 GMC Sierra, Extended cab, short bed, 5.3L V8.

"The install went very smooth for a set of long tube headers. I just had to fight my previous custom cat-back to fit length wise. (the cat-back system is pushed back 1-2 inches) The increase in mid-range torque and throttle response is noticable; even pulling harder in the high rpm range. After the system went through a heat cycle it has a very nice golden tint. The only down side was that I had to cut/splice my o2 sensor wires to lengthen them. The one supplied in the kit from dynatech was incorrect and the directions showed two possible connectors and how to modify, but the connector on my vehicle was neither of these. One of the passenger primary tubes is very close to the frame if not touching it at times under vibration and rotaional torque. But, overall I am very satisfied with the results!" —William G from Phoenix, AZ bought a Dynatech SuperMAXX Complete Header Exhaust Systems for a 2002 GMC Sierra.

"My husband for very pleased with the ease of installation and with the looks and sound of the exhaust system. I think he is going into his second childhood. The things he didn't have then he is having now that he is in his 60's. Thanks so much." —Ivan S from Owls Head, ME bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 GMC Sierra, 1500, light-duty, extended cab, 6' 6" short bed, 5.3L V8.

"Had mine installed at muffler shop, because I wanted it welded.Had to move Exhaust pipe hanger so pipe would't rub on shock." —Richard V from Springdale, AR bought a Magnaflow Exhaust Systems for a 2002 GMC Sierra, 1500HD, extended cab, 6' 6" short bed, 6.0L V8.

"This is a great cat back for the price, it sounds great and looks even better. Everyone that has looked at on my truck loves it." —Robert W from Northlake, IL bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 GMC Sierra.
