"I bought the Magnaflow Dual Split rear exit Exhaust System for my 2009 GMC Sierra after purchasing a Magnaflow system for my 2006 Dodge Charger RT. Talk about a major difference in sound and performance. I installed it myself without a lift and the only hard time I had was having to cut the existing stock exhaust to remove it. It was so easy to install and I had the whole system installed in about an hour and a half. If you do it yourself, I recommend a small jack to keep the new muffler in place so that your hands are free. I did research on Exhaust Systems and Magnaflow was the best value for the quality without having to put too much of a strain on the pocket book." —Scott R from Mission, TX bought a Magnaflow Exhaust Systems for a 2009 GMC Sierra, 1500, crew cab, 5' 6" short bed, 5.3L V8.

"I am really please with exhaust system. It is no to loud and has very good tone." —Rod P from Kaysville, UT bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2009 GMC Sierra, 1500, extended cab, 6' 6" short bed, 5.3L V8.

"The Banks exhaust does away with the stock muffler losing about 25 lbs. Installation took bout 30 min, very easy. There is no noise increase at all and looks 100 percent better than the stock bazooka that came on it." —James B from Jacksonville , NC bought a Banks Monster Exhaust System for a 2009 GMC Sierra, Crew cab, 6.6L Duramax.

"I recently purchased my 4th Gibson exhaust (I keep getting newer trucks)and it fits/sounds perfect. It went from the box to installed in an hour without a glitch. I just returned from a 2k mile trip and it has already returned a 2 MPG boost with the perfect mellow sound. Highly recommended!" —Scott W from Edmond, OK bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2009 GMC Sierra.

"looks great, sounds a little bit louder at idle and more on heavy throttle, I also added a throttle body spacer from airaid and cold air intake from s&b. mpg's improved about 3-5 power gained lowerer end range. very happy with all add ons." —James B from Jacksonville , NC bought a JBA Performance Exhaust for a 2009 GMC Sierra, New body style, crew cab, short bed, 5.3L V8.

"Notably improved throttle response. Good throaty rumble at higher rpm, but quiet idle so you don't make enemies of your neighbors early in the morning. Top quality you would expect from Banks with easy to follow install instructions. 3 hour install in the driveway without a lift - can probably do it in half the time on a lift. Factory direct price was about $100 more than Auto Anything sale price. Very satisfied - highly recommended." —Scott P from Burke, VA bought a Banks Monster Exhaust System for a 2009 GMC Sierra, 1500, crew cab, short bed, 5.3L V8.

Magnaflow Performance Mufflers

Exactly what I was looking for!

The newer GM trucks have a lot going on with the exhaust, keeping them quiet as can be. I wanted to be able to hear the v8 without it being obnoxious, loud or having a drone at highway speeds. The 22" Magnaflow muffler is perfect, gives a nice deep tone and you can't really tell it's on there until you step on it. Very pleased with the purchase! View more reviews...
