Description:

Ditch your tired, restrictive, inefficient stock exhaust manifold and let your engine breathe freely with performance headers. JBA Cat4ward Headers unlock your motor's power potential for unrestricted, white-knuckle performance gains.

The Achilles heel for engine performance is the exhaust. With JBA Headers, you get a boost of up to 10-25 tire-turning horses out of your motor. The steel tubing is mandrel-bent with extra-large exhaust ports and a leak-free, laser-cut 3/8" thick flange for fast exhaust flow.

You also get JBA's patented Firecone merge collector (depends on model), which quickly moves spent gasses out through your tailpipe. JBA exhaust headers let your engine breathe easier, giving you more power, torque and throttle response.

All mounting hardware is included for a do-it-yourself install that doesn't void your factory warranty. 4 finishes to choose from. Of course, your JBA Headers come with a 1-year warranty.

Notes:
  • Some vehicles will require an additional down-pipe (either a Y- or H-pipe) for the installation.

Shorty header

Love them so far. Install was easy enough. No leaks with the supplied gaskets. It does make plugs and wires a challenge. Only detriment to the product.

1998 DAKOTA AUTOMATIC

After installing CAI truck would hang a bit in 2nd and/or 3rd before shifting, I also added a catback, same experience. After installing the headers, the shift problem cleared up, definitely a good combo with intake and exhaust. The 3/8" head bolts are great, as 1/2" would be difficult in spots. I tightened them well, and haven't had to retighten at all. Required y-pipe mod, the stock manifold on the passenger side has a weird angle. Also, watch your spark plug wires, I added a few ty-wraps.

Jba shorty headers for 2015 Silverado 6.2L

I bought the ceramic coated shorty headers and they look great. Looks like they helped out on MPG as well. Only took a couple of hours to install.

Absolutely beautiful!

The headers installed perfectly, no leaks or re-tightening needed. A little difficult to reach some of the flange bolts on the drivers side but not the headers fault... it's tight in the 94's engine bay on the that side.

Nice headers

I normally do all of my own stuff on vehicles but I've been working doubles for a few months now so I had my local repair shop install them. They look great and the exhaust tone is a bit different now. The exhaust tone is pretty awesome coming out of the Hooker Blackheart exhaust system. The tech said that they went in pretty easy and fitment was perfect. So far I really like them.

All good except the cheap gaskets.

Installed on my 2003 Toyota Tundra that the exhaust manifolds cracked on. Passenger side was pretty easy, just support the motor and remove the engine mount. The drivers side was way harder, 4x4 truck and the diff is on that side along with the ac compressor, steering shaft, and dipstick. None of that is the headers fault just be prepared. Quality seemed good the flanges are thick and they fit up to the stock exhaust. I used new factory gaskets instead of the paper gaskets that come in the kit.

Header install

I called the local muffler shop for an installation quote and they quoted 400$ and a whole day depending on how busy their were. It was easy enough and it only took me a couple of hours.

Great headers

These headers are fantastic. Equal to the much more higher priced ones and the titanium ceramic coated headers are beautiful. Installing them, however, is quite possibly the hardest thing I've ever done in my entire life. 3 days worth of work and a lot of language. It's because of the car though, not the headers. Good luck!

Quality headers

The headers look cool. They have a dark grey appearance. They weren't bad to put in and the price was fair.

Awesome product

I purchased this product to to complete a 4.0l head conversion on my 1982 jeep cj7. The design of this header made the install incredibly easy with only a very minor modification to the ps pump bracket. The quality of this product and attention to detail for fitment is outstanding. I highly recommend this product. Just a side note: I had previously purchased a more expensive header (almost twice as much) not nearly as easy to install, greater modification and leaked at the head flange.

Great replacement for leaking exhaust manifolds

Bought a 99 2500 GMC Sierra 6.0 with a cracked manifolds, the tick drove me crazy, but I wanted something better than stock, these fit everything perfect and zero exhaust leaks or check engine lights, Didn't have to touch anything in the exhaust, very happy with the fit and price

Worth the wait

It took a couple of months for my headers to arrive, I was contacted and told I could cancel my order or wait for the order to be filled. I decided to wait and I could not be happier. The quality and price cannot be beat. I had to use the shorty headers as the long tube will not fit a Ford automatic transmission, driving a standard is not an option since I lost my left foot in Vietnam. The Shorty headers were the only option for my Cobra. Thank you, job well done

Just what I was looking for

They are a perfect fit and relatively easy to install, only had problems with bolt on back of driver header because of how they bent. Otherwise great product.

JBL shorty headers

Started with a K&N cai with a throttle body spacer from airaid. Gave it a nice throttle response. With the JBL shorty headers it helped with some top end hp. Sound didn't change until I got a free flow magnaflow muffler. Now it has Alot of top end power. Very happy with everything. V6 4.3 need all the extra hours.

Best Price & Great Quality

Bought the non-coated version for 03 Hummer H2. No problems with heat plus I personally like the rainbow discoloration effect. Perfect fitment. Super easy install if you're mechanically inclined. Noticeable increase in midrange pull but not drastic. Exhaust note is slightly crisper but not louder. Very good quality
