I received the intake manifold and had a shop try to install, first set warped, 2nd set hit motor mounts, now on 3rd set and they are too long. Should have cost $600 for install and 6 hours, costing me $1800 for one side now and no truck for over a week. It is still in the shop not fixed. HORRABLE PRODUCT! I will never buy Pacesetter ever again, they $600 job now at $1800, I cant even pay the bill.

On driver side everything went together fine, but on passenger side I couldn't get the pre cat sensor in until I used a burr bit to ream it out because when the half coupling was welded on it was off center by 1/8"

Just finished installing this manifold/catalytic converter on an 08 Pontiac G6 with the 2.4l (obviouslly). I was able to do this in my garage with no special tools over a weekend. the torque pattern matters (as I found out) so make sure you reference a manual for torque pattern and spec. The only issue I had was the standoff for the heat shield bolt did not line up, put a few taps with a hammer corrected that issue.

Replaced both cracked manifolds on my 08 Titan. So far these pacesetters have worked out good. No more annoying ticking engine. My only complaint was the pre tapped stud mounting holes were not threaded well required me to re tap the threads to get the studs to screw in. I would recommend going with a bolt and nut over the included studs to ensure a tight fit to the b-pipe. Replacing the manifolds was not a fun job and I hope these things hold up.
