Installation

The clips to install the rear flares would not be enough to hold in place when winter weather comes around. The ice buildup would pull them off. We added sheet metal screws with the clips.

Lund Elite Fender Flares for Chevy Colorado

Reviewed By Julian S (Midway, UT) Reviewed for a 2018 Chevy Colorado —5/10/2018 9:57 AM

These are very classy, sturdy fender flares and they complement the line of the truck. We bought the best rather than skimp on price (it's competitive) and it was the right decision. The instructions are minimal, however, and caused me problems which I eventually solved. Make sure you install the rubber seal very carefully with the flat side on the outside. The rear flares require both existing screws and clips. Put the screws in first, loosely, then tighten them after putting the clips in.
