Description:
Give your truck a serious attitude adjustment and extra tire clearance with Bushwacker Extend-a-Fender Flares. These durable flares install without drilling for most applications and deliver a necessary defense from the junk that dings up your fenders. Big tires or small, if you just drove through the mud or down a gravel road, that stuff will be hitting your paint next. And, if junk's not blasting into your truck, it's being shot into the rig next to you. Beyond covering your paint, these American-made flares shroud huge, off-road tires and keep your truck free of fix-it tickets. Even the sun can't hurt your Bushwacker Extend-a-Fender Flares-they're made from ultra-durable, UV resistant, Dura-Flex® 2000 and won't crack, fade or warp over time. Best of all, Bushwacker Extend-a-Fender Flares come in a paint-ready OEM-style matte black finish, to perfectly match your rig's paint. Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Nice flares

Very nice flares. These are the only flares I could find with this much coverage. They fit really well, look great. Really made the truck stand out. Plastic rivets are not the sturdiest, could use a few extra in the kit.

What I think

Excellent product, keeps the dirt from being slung onto the sides of my truck. Still a little at the bottom but, was worth it compared to the original flares which serves no purpose. Before, dirt and grime would cover the truck do to tire rotation. If it rained the window would have to be up when riding or the wheel rotation would scatter water and grime into the truck. Now not a problem, saved my paint job and significant improvement to the truck.

Installation & Fit

These flares are super easy to install (less than 30 minutes for me), and have a great fit. I didn't even have to trim them after test fitting. I highly recommend them. I like that they have a smooth finish without bolt indentions like so many other wide fenders have. I wish the price was $75 less overall, but gas prices have increased shipping and productivity costs for everyone, so it is still a good value.

Solid Flares

Installed these flares on my 2500HD with good results. I have aftermarket tires and rims and the 3" flares were able to cover the tires just enough. The install is fairly straight forward. I had mine painted silver to match the truck, however the flares use a black rubber gasket between the flare and the truck body so the flares are not totally seamless like the stock flares. Aside form that, they do their job well.

Bushwacker Fenders

Wow this is just what i needed. No more chips no more repainting the factory fenders. They are WELL worth the investment. Wish the factory installed them on ALL trucks. Thanks Autoanything,

2003 Chevy silverado 4x4 3inch fender flares.

I love the look, the quality, and the rubber molding that goes between the flare and the fender. Quality and fit is "EXELLENT". However, I did have issues with the hole alignment on the flares not perfectly matching up to the holes in the fenders. Also, the plastic clips that came with the flares are "VERY" poor quality! Several broke, and others didn't expand enough to hold the flare on. Luckily, I was able to re-use the stock clips which are much stronger. Other than rose issues, installation was quick and easy. I would recommend the flares to anyone.

very good product and service

I received my bushwacker fender flares in 6 days. Package was in good condition( not always the case). Flares fit and finish was exellent. Had my local paint shop paint to match my pickup. Gave my pickup a whole new additude and covers my deep dish wheels/wide tires perfect. Thanks again for your great prices and service.

A little pricey but worth it thusfar

These flares are installed on my jacked up 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 4x4 Diesel 2500 sitting on 37s. They fit very well the construction material is very nice and they installed in about an hour. Ensure you have a high quality stubby phillips head screwdriver for installation. No tire rub has take place and the look and coverage is very nice. I think this kit is expensive but it is the going rate. The bottom line for this review is if you got the $$$ like I do then purchase these Bushwackers and then go out and wack and pund some Bush.
