Description:

Get more fender protection and coverage for those oversized tires with low-profile Lund Elite Series SX-Sport Style Fender Flares. Their tough ABS plastic shields your truck or SUV from damage caused by rocks and other road debris.

Lund offers its SX-Sport Style Fender Flares in two separate finishes—smooth or textured. Custom paint these smooth fender flares for that factory-style finish, or leave them unpainted for that darkly suave appearance. And, Lund is the only company on the market to offer textured fender flares—a great option that gives your ride a rugged look.

Fenders sit flush against the body using a pressured mounting design. Installation is a cinch mounting directly to your vehicle's existing factory holes with screw-on clips—for most vehicles no drilling is required. Your Lund Elite Series SX-Sport Style Fender Flares come in a complete set of four or in front and rear pairs with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Super Nice Fender flares

I had been researching various brands of fender flares and found one I liked in the Lund SX Sport. We put them on all four fenders and they look great! And the price was right on!

Fantastic Fender Flares

I just leased a new 2021 GMC Canyon Elevation. I have never modified my trucks in the past, but now have installed leveling kit, tinted the front side windows, removed the front air dam and just installed the front and rear Lund Elite Series SX-Sport Fender Flares. This now placed my truck in awesome-ville. Even though it said do NOT fit my 2021 Canyon, it fits perfectly. Instead of the silver bumper pictured above, mine ends and the rest below it is red bumper. Super awesome looking!

nice addition

The fender flares add a touch of class to the old Chev WT that I have. Only thing I am likely to do is put a few more screws in the rear fender flares. I installed wheel well liners about a month ago and used the screws from that installation on the rear, The rest of the holes just use clips which I really do not care for as I feel they may pop off and end up losing a fender flare.

fender flares

The installation was very easy and fit to the body was tight .I think I was given the wrong style though-there is a cut out on the left rear flare-possibly for a gas fill door. My gas fill door is no where near the flare.2016 chev colorado long box

Randy S.

I am extremely pleased with my new fender flares from Lund. Like all F-150s, it was showing major rust on the rear wheel wells. Being a white truck, it looked terrible. Being a 2008 I was needing to do somethiong. With the new Lund Flares, It made the truck look like new!!! Installation was quick and easy! Mere words do not serve justice! You would have to "see" what a difference they made!

Looks nice

I ordered the extra large fender flares. Wish I would had ordered these for the back instead. These sport flares look real nice in the front. Pricey for plastic but it is what it is... would recommend for a clean look

Nice cost effective flares

The rubber trim pieces that attach to the flares are a PITA to get on and keep in place while assembling. Once the rubber trim is on the actual flare, its a pretty straight forward process - Probably 10-15 minutes each flare. I had to pull the rubber pieces back into place a few times since the install but it looks good. The directions don't help much but some common sense about holes lining and a good 10mm socket help.

Frusrating install, but look great!

Instructions unclear on proper gasket install; did two wrong then realized mistake. Only one hole for a "U" clip needed to be moved. Once installed, product looks great!!!!!

Great product

Looks great on my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 new b/s. Gasketing worked great. However the clips that are supplied for the rear fender don't work very well I drilled my own holes and installed the rear flares with screws not a big deal .Love them.

2018 Ford F-250 Quality Product but poor installation parts

Flares look nice on the truck. Front flares were easy install using screws already present on the truck. Rear flares with supplied clips did not fit, clips too small, I had to drill holes in the fender and use screws to attach. Supplied fender trim would not stay in place. I bought new rubber trim with 3M tape and that worked. My e-mails to Lund went unanswered.

Look Better than Expected

I was a little disappointed with the installation method and the rubber gasket around the outside. But so far the installation has held with no problems and the gasket really gives it a finished look. Very surprised and happy with them so far.

flares

The flares fit the body well with a little effort but the rubber strip is difficult to put on and does not want to stay in place as you mount the flares.. they look good, but the rubber could work better maybe a tube of adhesive would work

Lund Elite Fender Flares for Chevy Colorado

These are very classy, sturdy fender flares and they complement the line of the truck. We bought the best rather than skimp on price (it's competitive) and it was the right decision. The instructions are minimal, however, and caused me problems which I eventually solved. Make sure you install the rubber seal very carefully with the flat side on the outside. The rear flares require both existing screws and clips. Put the screws in first, loosely, then tighten them after putting the clips in.

Install a little....

Install is a little frustrating. Holes in flare do line up with existing holes on truck as long as you have another person flex the flare into position while you install included clips. Oh and about the included clips, they suck, gets some self tapping screws and you know the flare will stay on. The rubber seal you have to attach to the flare is does not like to stay on would be nice if it had some thing sticky in them to hold in place, Bushwacker makes a better sealing strip with 2 sided tape.

Lund Elite Series Fender Flare and fit to 2012 Chevy 2500 HD

Installed the flares and it took about 2.5 hours total time. These flares will work but don't fit my rear fenders very well. I have some gaps between the fender and the rubber seal that comes with the flare. The biggest issue with the flares is the rubber seal. It is very difficult to install since it's constantly falling off as the fit between the seal and the flare is horrible. Overall I wouldn't buy this flare again to go on my truck - the fit isn't what I expected.

Get what you pay for

The instructions are very vague. The rubber strip was not easy to put on. I had to glue it on to get it to stay. Push pins were too short. I had to go out and buy longer ones. Also they did not supply me with enough push pins. Flares also scratch easily.

Lund comes through again

These were easy to install, but then I am mechanically inclined, took my time, removed one wheel at a time and took about an hour and a half, no problem.
