Easy to install & looks like it is made of good material. This is a replacement & I'm expecting this to last much longer than two years as the one I removed did. This replacement fills the bottom of the door and now no light shines through. Now I will not have small varmints going under the door as there is no place to come under the door as it is tightly sealed. Did I tell you that this black seal blends in with my door and is not noticeable like the one I removed which was gray.
