I live in Phoenix, and during the monsoon season hard rains would force water under my garage door. I installed the Tsunami Seal and only had to wait one day for it to be tested. We had the biggest rain storm of the season and not a single drop of water made its way into my garage. As others have mentioned, the caulking gun it worthless. I threw it in the trash and used my own.

The Tsunami seal was very easy to install and works great. I was surprised that it helps keep the temperature lower in the garage. I am very pleased. Thanks!

Resurfaced the garage door and removed old weather seal. No one local had them so we visited the autoanything.com website and found this great product. Even though it is a little expensive, it is worth not having the rain come in beneath the doors seal. The caulk gun broke on its first squeeze but I just loaded the glue cartridge into my caulk gun and finished the job.

Excellent! Make sure your follow the instructions carefully. Without the detailed instructions, this would have been a very difficult installation. I did two nine foot doors. The seals are thick and heavy, making them difficult to cut to size. The seals are thick and heavy, making them an effective, excellent seal. The adhesive is very effective. My heated garage now feels heated, now that the wind does not blow under the door. The Tsunami should be considered an permanent installation.

Put up a new garage/workshop last year with double garage doors. The lip on the concrete just wasn't high enough to keep the water out of the building (seeping underneath the garage door seals). Installed this product after dealing with puddles of water in my building for a year. First week I had it installed it came a heavy rain and the threshold seal kept it from getting under the garage doors. Worked perfect. No more puddles! Thanks !

I purchased this for one of my customers, and it installed easily. I did use a little silicone sealer at both ends of threshold to help seal it at the ends. We haven't had any hard rain since installing the seal but I sprayed the garage door down real good and it kept the water from backing up in the garage. Great product!!
