The jack works great. The problem I have is I ordered a 60" jack and I received a 58" jack. That may not seem like a big deal but when I jack up my truck to rotate the tires it is only 4" from the top on flat ground. I sent an email to hi-lift a week ago and haven't heard from them, just asked them if the 2" difference was normal. Not happy with their customer service right now.
