typically called handyman, but also known as a widow maker, because they are dangerous if the user doesn't use extreme caution. they can fall over, sink in sand, of slip and bop you in the mouth, if you aren't careful. they ARE very handy and useful, as the name suggests, though. they need to be kept up and lubed as the pins get dirty, sticky. New pin kits are available though and should be purchased instead of risking life or limb using a worn out jack. A Great and handy/useful jack. just use common sense, and be very careful.
