Spent a lot of time searching around for a grille guard that was both aesthetically pleasing but also functional. Most guards that I found only mounted at the lower position and not again up higher just under the grille. I was pleased to see that this guard did that. I am not worried about pulling the bar off the front of my truck when in use. Very well made product and would highly recommend to potential buyers! And the price is very affordable.

I love the grill guard on my FJ Cruiser. The quality was as expected, and the price was fair. One negative I had was the tracking number they gave me did no good. I didn't even know what trucking company shipped. After talking to them, they said they didn't know either. But it did arrive in perfect condition. Also, some of the brackets were stamped backwards. Right was actually the left side. Overall though it was an easy install.

Nice looking once I got them on. Getting them on was another story. The documents made it seem so easy but it was not. It required unscrewing and folding back the mud flaps on the front of the FJ. i was told by the support person to cut into them but that wouldn't have worked as there are brackets that get in the way of the mounting hardware for the brush guard . With some sweat and mosquito bites, all is good. I"m glad I went with this option as I didn't want to spend over $1000.

Very nice grill guard. Look and fit are excellent and install took 1.5 hours for one person. Instructions, photos and label for primary support brackets are reversed. Driver side goes to passenger and vice versa. Other than that, very satisfied. Fits with factory bug deflector installed.

The Steelcraft Grille Guard was a perfrect fit for my FJ. The perdrilled holes lined up easily with the frame mounts and installation was relatively quick for a first timer, ~ 2 hours. The overall directions are fair and hard to see the actual pictures due to the contrast in the photo. Watching are youtube install for a Tundra gave a few helpfull hints. Purchase the Steelcraft over another competitor because of the 5 year warranty. Looks great and will be much appreicated when when driving through old logging roads.

PRETTY EASY TO INSTALL BY MYSELF. THE PICTURES IN THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT GOOD, BUT, IT WAS EASY TO FIGURE OUT HOW THE BRACKETS ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE. THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY IS WHAT SOLD ME, ALL THE OTHERS HAD EITHER A 2 OR 3 YEAR WARRANTY.
