This Grille Saver is awesome. Looks great on my Tacoma. Install wasn't easy. Instructions are terrible. Had to use directions from Westin grille saver and also youtube video. Ended up not being able to install on my own because I couldn't break the bolts loose on my frame and had it installed by my local 4x4 accessory dealer. Regardless, just need the right tools and a whole lot of strength. Overall, excellent product.

My wife has a new 2013 Tacoma & I own a 2009 Tundra that I have installed the Smittybilt Bull Bars on. The installation was very simple & easy. Bolting them on was a snap on the Tundra but a little tight on the Tacoma. The trick with the Tacoma was to utilize a pass though wrench and socket set due to its limited space. Arrived before promised and packaged well. With my mechanical nephews help we had it installed in less than 40 minutes including the time to take it out of the package. The slotted mounting holes made for easy adjustment for the spacing I wanted from the grill.

The installation was easy and took about an hour to complete. However, the installation instructions were poor. The best part is that I did not have to remove the existing skip-plate and it really dresses up the front of the truck.

The bull bar did not come with installation instructions! The first page's first sentence was to read the instructions carefully and use the diagram only to help in understanding installation. There were NO written instructions!!!! The only thing to go by was the diagram!

Easy one person installation.Filled in the slotted attach holes -so as not to have the bull bar rotate to the rear should a HIT to the bar occur and rotate into my front grill.Instruction are usless BUT one picture is worth a thousand words--so save the paper.Needed LARGER washers for a good installation.
