Getting into the back of my truck with the tailgate open has always been a nightmare with the height of the bumper. The AMP Bedstep was an easy installation that works perfectly and is almost invisible on the truck when retracted. No regrets on this one, works as described and is a 1/2 hour install!

This step will help save me from breaking a leg. I try to jump off the tailgate, but at 75 I have second thoughts. This will eliminate the step ladder, which sometimes is not stable. I would like to put a similar step on the front passenger side to assist my wife climbing in the front seat. She uses the window handles, but the outside rail is high for her.

This is the first accessory I bought for my new truck. Have one on my F150 and when I bought my F250 this is the first item I looked for. Yes, it is a little pricey but I don't want a truck w/o one. Easy to install, easy to use. Works great. The one on my F150 is 3+ years old and works the same as the day I installed it.

Not that I'm old, but it seems climbing into the bed of my truck has recently become more difficult...especially for my wife! ;-) The tailgate step was a little more expensive than I expected, but it seemed to really make sense (if it worked)...the install was simple I had it on in less than 15 minutes and I was impressed with the ease of lowering it. More importantly it's a solid step for "us" to get into the back of the truck!

The instructions stated that modifications might have to be made on the bottom tab of my F-250 bumper. I had to grind off a small amount of the tab to allow the step to fully extend. No problem, just hated to grind on my bumper. The step works great. I have one on my work truck and liked it so well that I purchased this one for my personal truck.
