Truck Bed Accessories

Not sure which 2006 GMC Sierra Truck Bed Accessories are right for you? We have over 3306 customer reviews, with an average rating of 4.5, to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Here's what some of our customers have said:

"This is the best Air Mattress that I have had for my truck. Its comfortable, extremely sturdy and it seams to be holding up great to the spray on bed liner. The Air pump has an extra long cord to make it all the way to the back of the truck. The mattress takes up the entire bed of my truck except for 6 or 8 inches at the tailgate. When inflated, the mattress level sits just below the level of the wheel-wells which is great if you have a standard camper shell on your truck. The only thing im not overly happy about is the air pump. For the cost, you would think that they would have provided a higher quality pump. It works, but takes a while to inflate the mattress and just seams cheap. Mine came with parts rattling around on the inside. I stopped using it and started inflating my mattress with my air compressor at home before I leave." —Christopher B from Temecula, CA bought a Truck Bedz Air Mattress for a 2006 GMC Sierra, 8' long bed.

"I'd rate the installation difficulty a high medium. Once installed there's no change in appearance. When the driver's door locks....the tailgate locks." —Roy L from Canadian, TX bought a Pace Edwards PowerGate for a 2006 GMC Sierra.

"The hardest part of installing the lock was cutting the spray in liner away from bolts. Installed on 2006 Sierra. Product utilizes existing handle and does not require removal of handle. Excellent fit, function, and finish. Very happy with lock and fast delivery." —Tim N from Greeley, CO bought a Pop & Lock Tailgate Lock for a 2006 GMC Sierra.

TruXedo TruxSeal Tailgate Seal

Works well.

The tape on the seal is extremely sticky so make sure you have the seal in the right place the first time. It may need to go lower than expected so it gets properly pinched in the tailgate. View more reviews...
