The X-Pel Headlight Protection was ordered for our 2006 Crossfire convertible.Per the instructions, I used a heat gun on the lowest setting.I watched the video on installation that can be viewed on this website before purchasing the X-Pel Headlight Protection.I strongly advise watching the video before installing, as it was very, very helpful. The headlights did have hazing spots after installation and within 3-4 days to a week, they disappeared, as was told by the manufacturer in instructions.

I took these to my guy at the bodyshop and he discouraged me from using them because he said that they look like an obvious piece of tape over the headlights so I am returning them. He was able to clean and polish my headlights so they look like new

Many pits on the lens of the headlamp made it almost frosted looking. Then a stone put an infinitesimal hole in the lens that allowed water into the headlamp assembly. $585 for a new headlamp! Installing the film restored the clarity to the lens and sealed the hole. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement.
