Never knew this product existed until I ran into it on autoanything. All I can say is if you're doubtful about this xpel product don't be! It works and protects your vehicles headlights. I drive 50 miles each day next to semis that come off the oilfields with rocks, mud, dirt kicking off and hitting my vehicle. When I applied these lens covers I immediately saw the benefits and my lenses look clear and free of rock dents. Light performance isn't affected by the plastic covers.

Installation was pretty straight forward. No cutting required. Forgiving if you mess up on placement. Time will tell if they discolor or peel off. They do feel nice and thick. Should keep lenses looking new. However, there was some lint on the adhesive side. X-pel should improve their manufacturing process to prevent that sort of thing. Not bad for the price.

The product applied nicely to my vehicles, but you have to take your time, and you will need either a heat gun or a hair drier. When done the shields are almost invisible. The price of the product is about average to other dealer I checked with.

The installation was fairly easy but there is a learning curve.I would use a heatgun instead of a hairdryer to do a better job of warming the product. There is some distortion of the headlight beam (lines in the beam) but it has no adverse effect on the performance of the light. I would definitely buy this product again.
