They most certainly are worth a few extra $$$. Aesthetics are generally a matter of personal choice,so I rely on what I hear from my friends as well as speaking to other gearheads. There are only 3 brands that I have seen that I would even consider using in my car,but,for my auto-dollar,Anzo lights are superior to Spyder lights. I think they look better,but,as I said,look is a personal matter. My deciding factor is fit and finish.The fit and finish of Anzo lights is unsurpassed.

bought these to replace original tail lights when one was broken by an aggressive tree. Indistinguishable from originals in appearance, fit perfectly, 15 minute installation. And they work!
