Chose all red lens expecting brake light to appear across whole lens- but the light works as my old one, coming on in the center only. That's ok- my old one used a clear lens for the truck bed. I am surprised Spyder would use a red lens expecting to "light up" a truck bed! To me it would be more important to utilize the whole length of 3rd light just for brake alert and if not- don't use a red lens expecting to see anything

I had a after market smoked unit on before but it never looked right. After getting this one in the dark red it matches your dark red LED Tail lights and it looks Great! Between the two of these the are made better than factory and the fitting was perfect along with plug and play install it doesn't get any easier than that. All the above ratings were a #5. Thank You! Now when is Spyder going to come out with 2015 thru 2018 LED Tail Lights for the Chevy Impala (you are losing money there).
