We stand by our prices, and we're willing to put our money where our mouth is. If you find a lower price on a product and it's being sold by an authorized online retailer, we'll not only match it, we'll refund the difference – even up to one year after purchase.

How to Activate the Price Match Guarantee

• Have available the website or retailer where you found the lower price including the URL. If you have already made your purchase, please have your order number on hand as well. 
• Contact our customer service center in one of two ways:

  • Chat with one of our product specialists via live chat on our website. We will review your request and complete your order online for the lowest price

Terms and Conditions

All purchases are eligible for our 1-year price guarantee with a few limitations.

• Price comparison must include sales price plus equivalent shipping, handling, and sales tax
• Item must be the identical product in unused condition
• The product must be in stock and available for purchase and not a pricing error by the retailer or website
• Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotional codes, instant rebates, or manual discounts. 
• Price Match Guarantee applies only to items at full price, and does not apply to products on promotions or discount, liquidation, wholesale pricing, auction sites, wholesale channels or marketplace sites like Ebay or Amazon (or the like), or which are priced below the manufacturer’s set minimum price.
• Price Match Guarantee is only offered to individuals and excludes companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.
• Only two units within any given order can be price matched and only one order per customer is permitted in any given year.  We reserve the right not to price match any offer.
• Price Match Guarantee only applies to products sold in the continental United States
