Installation was easy, instructions are clear. I was concerned at first that I needed to remove a bracket that holds the rear bumper on, But the Trek Step bracket and hardware more than compensated for it. Very Pleased with the TrekStep

I would like to say something good about them but I was unable to install them yet regarding all got sent the wrong stuff in the packaging the whole set was not complete so I'm on able to install it correctly and I actually enjoy them plus I'm really having a hard time getting parts from the factory themselves. So I'm hoping I get these parts soon because it's been two weeks since I ordered them and still don't have them on.

The step works will and looks good, however installation was not as advertised. The brackets did not fit good and when tightened up everything twisted and the stop bold barely hit the from. Also it rubs along the spring.
