Great Nerf bars. terrible instructions

Reviewed By Cody D (BILLINGS, MT) Reviewed for a 2006 Nissan Titan —3/7/2014 12:31 PM

The instructions are very vague and mis leading. I had to take things in to my own hands to install them. It took about 2 hours but most of it was spent trying to figure out the instructions. The instructions have no detail in the pictures and do not state that you need to remove stud plugs to insert the studs that hold the brackets. Also the instructions do not state that you use the 6 existing bolts that are already on the truck frame (3 on each side). Hopefully this helps good luck!

Buy these!

Reviewed By Lucas S (Winter Park, FL) Reviewed for a 2006 Nissan Titan —4/10/2013 2:01 PM

Easy install, looks great, exactly what I wanted and was looking for. I ended up going with the polished stainless version. The stainless version costs a bit more, and I am not sure if the price = value for the additional cost. If I had to do it again, I would definitely purchase these again, but I would skip on the stainless and save some $. Great product and overall I am very happy with my purchase so far.

A pretty good bar/step

Reviewed By Timothy G (SACRAMENTO, CA) Reviewed for a 2006 Nissan Titan —12/18/2012 7:56 AM

Overall fit and finish is fairly good. These steps are nice and large and are fairly easy to install. Two gripes: 1. There is some piece of debris inside one of the bars. The bars are sealed, and there is no way to get it out. I cannot hear it moving around in there while driving, but makes me wonder about the overall quality of workmanship. 2. I found the adjustment slots on the brackets not quite adjustable enough. Bar sit SLIGHTLY unlevel, but nobody would really notice it.
