Description:

When you are looking to maintain a flush look without nerf bars permanently hanging down, look no further than a fully powered set of Bestop PowerBoard NX Wireless Electric Running Boards. They smoothly drop down when your door opens, then hide back under your vehicle’s frame when the door shuts.

Born from the original PowerBoard design, Bestop NX WiFi Running Boards are smarter and still just as sweet. Gone are the hard-to-install doorjamb sensors. The all-new PowerBoard NX system uses wireless signals that mount in a fraction of the time—all without pulling door panels, carpet or body panels. Plus, Bestop's engineers fine-tuned and fortified the linkage, so they're strong enough to support a full 600 lbs on both sides.

Bestop PowerBoard Wireless Running Boards still sport the features that made the PowerBoard famous: an ingenious anti-pinch safety system, smooth movement, factory-style wiring harness and aluminum construction. Bestop backs your boards with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

2016 Ford F-150

Love these boards. Instructions were a bit hard to follow and there is a ton of extra wiring with the kit. Other then that I love them. Makes the truck look much cleaner

Not able to install them yet

I would like to say something good about them but I was unable to install them yet regarding all got sent the wrong stuff in the packaging the whole set was not complete so I'm on able to install it correctly and I actually enjoy them plus I'm really having a hard time getting parts from the factory themselves. So I'm hoping I get these parts soon because it's been two weeks since I ordered them and still don't have them on.

Awesome product, nicely engineered.

Excellent design, look great. A little difficult to install due to gaps and inconsistencies in the instructions.

Poor engineering but woks

When in the first step it tells you to pull everything apart and wire everything up to see if it functions make sure you do that. The motors were wired possibly backwards or on the wrong side of the lowering arms swapping things around I made it work but it's still not perfect. now the motors are on the front side of the lowering arm but it to goes in the correct direction. passenger side rear door and the driver side rear door sensors had to be swapped. they were labeled wrong.

TJ

The boards are amazing, they mounted easily, the wiring was easy to route and even the wireless sensors were easy to install. One of the sensors did not work after installation the down side was trying to reach someone in technical service. After numerous calls and messages left four days later I was able to reach a person. A simple battery replacement fixed the issue. Other than the poor support the boards are wonderful!

Very cool and provdes larger step up

Auto anything price matched and FedEx'd the boards quickly. I did not have time to install so paid $300 bucks for a professional shop to put them on. Was supposed to take 3 hours, but they spent an extra 1.5 hours troubleshooting. Turns out there was a bad sensor for one of the doors. Autoanything worked with best stop to overnight a replacement. It was easy to install. They look great, work well for my wife and ladies with skirts to get in my tall truck. Very cool, lots of compliments.

Great Auto Anything Service & Product, need updated instructions

The service that I received from Auto Anything is the same that I receive each time I call to order something, TOP NOTCH!! The PowerBoard came very well packed with zero damage to the parts. Instructions (specific to this truck) on the other hand need work. They instruct you to put the transmitters in the door jamb, but they won't fit and allow the doors to close. I found suitable alternate placements for the transmitters which is also the beauty of this system. I would recommend these!!!

Bestop PowerBoard NX Electric Running Boards

Works Great. Bought another one for my other truck. Fairly easy to install if you have any mechanical ability. There was no need for extra drilling or any other manipulation. All holes lined up easily and instructions were clear enough to follow. The wireless is the way to go so you don't have to tap into the main wires and remove parts.

NICE RUNNING BOARDS

These running boards fold up very nice against the body of the truck. The wireless sensors work very well. Led lights at night are a nice touch. Very nice product.

bestop powerboard nx wireless running boards review

the instructions are not very good look up on youtube for help was use full as for install pretty easy and the bad not to much you might have to cut the power and ground ends to put ones that fit your battery app. the biggest problem GET some weak double sided tape for placement of SENSORS as instructions are no help in this area when you pull off the sensor after sticking its DONE no more stick I used 3M velcro double side to re-apply the magnet needs to b RIGHT ON SPOT to work

Bestop Power Board NX wireless

I would give these an 8 out 10. The install seems a little over engineered. I had to take off stock running boards and can't really understand why they can't use the same type of install. It took me longer to install the mounting bracket then the rest of the whole units. The driver side support needed a little modifying on a Dodge crew cab. The wireless feature is pretty cool installs really easy. I did think they would tuck up under the truck a little better. I think the back needs its own moto

2014 Tundra Crewmax

Autoanything beat their competitors price and shipped this product very quickly. The NX was recommended for this vehicle considering it is wireless and makes installation much easier which as a result cost me less to install and reasured me that my OEM wiring within my cab wouldn't be compromised. Thank You Bestop for making this product. Not too excited that the wireless unit requires batteries (CR2450 3V) considering they will eventually have to be replaced. Apparently will want to carry spares for when they need replacement. Definitely a bonus to have the $100 rebate too!
