"The only minus to the Aries Nerf Bars is that the front step pads need to be 4" longer towards the rear. I could not find the information on the Aries Nerf Bars to register them online, ser# ect. Holes in the plastic are to large. They were easy to install and look excellent." —Willie T from Latta, SC bought an Aries 3" Round Nerf Bars for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"These steps were very reasonably priced. Shipping was quick. Installation wasn't too bad on the second side. Took a little bit longer on the first. Don't fit as flush to the car as I'd like, but these are aftermarket steps. I would definately recommend these. And I'd definately recommend getting them from Auto Anything. Best price I found anywhere!" —Terry S from Brea, CA bought a Dee Zee NX Running Boards for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"Looks great once they are installed. A little difficult to put one they are on the look of the truck was well worth it." —Oscar S from Miami Shores, FL bought a Steelcraft 3" Round Step Nerf Bars for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"Look great, good price and easy to install. Only one thing the brackets were on back order had to wait an extra week to install my running boards." —Elmir D from Boise, ID bought a Dee Zee NX Running Boards for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"I am very pleased with the running boards I ordered for my 2013 Explorer. They fit well and look really smart on my car. My husband had no trouble installing them." —Anne R from Naples, ID bought a Dee Zee NX Running Boards for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"Like others have said, the directions are not very good. I looked at them and took them directly to my mechanic. Took them 3 hours to install both boards. I was there the whole time and can say that they were working the whole time. If you install them the way the directions say, they are flimsy. More for appearance than function. Mechanics drilled some holes into frame to strengthen the boards. Way more work than they advertise. Look good once installed though." —Bradley O from Burr Ridge, IL bought a Romik Running Board Sidesteps for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

"My boards arrived and the box was torn open on one side, but luckily, the boards inside appeared undamaged. The order was delayed initially but then the boards arrived before the scheduled ship date! Unfortunately, the brackets were delayed by many weeks so I was forced to cancel that portion and order them elsewhere to get them in a few days. Overall, happy with the purchase and buying experience." —Rafael C from Fremont, CA bought a Dee Zee NX Running Boards for a 2013 Ford Explorer.

Great looking running boards

Since our Explorer has silver trim, I bought these running boards. They look very nice on the car. Only problem, is that where the drill holes are, they don't line up with the car. Our mechanic broke 2 drill bits putting these on. And it ended up taking longer than he originally thot it would. But, they do fit nicely, and look great. Price was good also. Be prepared to lug a heavy box into the house when they arrive!!! Good communication from the 2 people I talked to before ordering them. Thanks View more reviews...
