I had read the reviews before I purchased the Active Fuel Management Disable Device and decided to go ahead and get it for our 2007 Chevy Tahoe. It could not have been easier to install... literally just plugs right into the OBD II port. That's it! And it instantly started working. The Tahoe did not go into 4-cylinder mode anymore. I was worried that at night it would drain the battery, but it didn't. Even after the Tahoe sat for 5 days, it started right up. Excellent product!

I had read a lot articles and reviews on this product. I was just looking for something to stop the switching back and forth. I have noticed that the delay when pushing the gas is pretty much gone, the power is always there, and the mpg didn't really get affected. I think the firmware may have been bad it a lot of the other peoples that said they were having issues. The only thing I have noticed is my remote start has a temper now.
