The Curt 18109 cargo carrier is heavy duty and well made. Assembly by myself was challenging and took about an hour but went together well and solid. I haven't used it yet but like the fold up feature. I would have preferred red reflectors of the rear but I was able to buy them at Walmart for about $ 10. Also, the carrier did not come with a hitch bolt, only the bolt for the fold up. I was able to buy a hitch bolt at Walmart for about $ 4 & used a lock I had to prevent theft.

Shipped and recvd very quick. Had laid out in my garage and was assembled in about half hour. Installed on back of motor home and works great. It will be useful for our needs.

A few things to consider: You will need to deduct from the stated dimensions to allow for the encroachment of the bolts into the carrier space. You will NOT have 20" clear. You should not expect to leave the carrier installed full time as I had; after the first rainfall it is showing evidence of rust at the weld locations of the wire mesh to the frame. Exercise care in tightening the bolts. I'm fairly strong, but I've never torqued a bolt to the point where it snapped/sheared clean off as happened to me on one. It will also wobble quite a bit in the receiver hitch. Overall it is OK. I am satisfied with the product
