Perfect size

Reviewed By Mary J (Holt, MI) Reviewed for a 2008 Chevy HHR —3/2/2010 10:08 PM

We retired our TrailBlazer, and purchased an HHR. It is smaller than we were used to, so needed more space for carrying all our camping equipment. An HHR is only a 4-cylinder vehicle, so towing a trailer is almost out of the question...if you cant go out...must go up. We have plenty of room for sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, soft suitcases etc (anything bulky but lightweight) that will fit into the cartop carrier. It was bigger than it looked in the picture and we were pleasantly surprised ant how much we can fit into it. Have not had the weather yet where we can put it up on the car, but we did a dry-run packing and were able to fit a lot more in it than we originally thought. Thanks.

Great bag for the price

Reviewed By Brian T (CENTRAL POINT, OR) Reviewed for a 2008 Chevy Suburban —5/30/2018 10:27 AM

I bought the bag to go in our Curt cargo basket. It was easy to load and fit perfect. We went on a 1500 mile trip to Disneyland and encountered all types of weather. I was relieved to see that all of our stuff was dry when we arrived since we went through quite a rain storm. We fit a jogging stroller along with bags and bedding, I was surprised by how much of our stuff fit in the bag. I can't vouch for the straps as I used my own, but definitely would recommend.
