I bought this to put on my 2002 silverado. This thing looks very cool, only complaints the directions could be a little better and you need some screws that are not included with it. I checked at lows and they don't even cary them. I am going to have to go to a little out of the way store just to get these screws.. but other than that it is really cool.

I purchased the Yakima Load Warrior, plus the 18 inch extension and cargo stretch net after looking into several other brands. The Yakima seems well made, has a durable finish and was easy to assemble- once you study the directions. The basket is certainly big enough to take a lot of bulky gear like sleeping bags, tents and bedrolls, though you have to watch your roof weight limit. I mounted the rack to the Subaru(Monte Blanc) carrier base on my '09 Forester 2.5X with slight difficulty. The crossbars are about an inch too close together for an "ideal" centered mounting in the Yakima brackets, however the brackets are wide and strong enough to get a good purchase once full tightened. Takes 5 minutes to remove and store.
