The Skyjacker Nitro 8000 shocks I purchased fit perfectly and perform flawlessly. The ride they provide is very comfortable and they allow my 4Runner to do what it does, flex and wheel the rough terrain. Great product!!

This shock is thick and stout, the paint is 10 times better than on the SkyJacker M95s, that's for sure. Prior to installation, I was not impressed with the amount of travel before feeling any resistance when compressing the shock. Rebound was ok, guess that's the big difference between gas and non gas shocks. The stickers, sleeve, and bushing aren't installed from factory. I ended up going with a KYB shock, which IMO is even better then the SkyJacker M95 shock that I put on the front.

They're shocks. It was worth it for the price. They're not Bilstein 5100's but they're not crap either. Easy as hell to install... after I realized my vice grip was broken.. ha

Had on my 02 1500, great shocks. Now on my welding rig that's lifted...not so great. Its a smooth ride but bigger bumps it's really washy and around corners it's like the calving can't handle the weight

After lifting my 2006 Chevy 1500 z71 it rode so bad I had thoughts of trading it in, a buddy suggested these shocks and it's made a world of difference. It rides and handles like a new truck.
