Well worth the money to have as a back up. Much superior to the low end version ($40). It works as advertises, is strong and gets tires up to pressure. Works well on our F350 because we can hook up to either battery and therefore reach the tires easily.

I was so excited when I received this product but after my initial test, i notices that connecting the hose was loose. I contacted Viair support for guidance, I even sent them with video, and advised me to just send it back for repair. The person who I have spoke with said that he will send me with return posting but up to this time has not returned my call or email. I am dissapointed with this buy. I should have bought in local store to avoid shipping back of defective product.

Having used plenty of inexpensive air compressors, I felt it was time to buy a quality unit. After much research including off road shops and other off roaders I purchased the VIAIR400.Works extremely well on my 32" tires and feels solid. I have not had a long time with it, but I feel it is a rugged piece. Pricey, but easy to rationalize.
