The installation was fairly simple but the directions are not much help especially when it come to adjusting the settings on the shock

Install was easy, truck sits level with a great profile. The ride was stiff on number 3 setting so I turned it down to 1, rides stiffer than stock but the springs should soften a bit. Overall very pleased with what I wanted!! Very stable ride. I would purchase this product again!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased and installed the Rancho Quicklift leveling struts. 2004 F-150 2x4 and 2010 F-150 4x4. Truck rides great and is level.

Surprised you don't get any instructions, but if you check their web set or u tube first it goes perty good. Work as advertised, it takes a little time to get them adjusted correctly (playing with them) but is worth it.

Lariat. About 3 hour install. Brought the front end up 2 full inches, maybe more. Went with the full strut with spacer kit for a better upgrade than just a cheap spacer added to the factory struts. The front end bangs a lot more now going over the even small bumps. The product didn't include any directions or information about what the red knob on it does or how to use it. Will need to call Rancho. Overall, pleased with level.

I had a local shop install these for me along with larger tires on my FX4. The truck looks great now and I feel more secure with the lifted shocks instead of just leveling brackets. Geometry is still close to stock so it handles well. Recommend that set the adjustment on level 1 (slightly stiffer than stock) unless you're serious off roading. They come set on 4. Installing matching rear shocks in the near future.
