You probably only need the basic/blue model.

The Autoanything website doesn't say this. It isn't even on the supersprings website. The only place it is is on the back of the installation instructions - hidden in a small font among a bunch of photos of the product installed on other vehicles. But the 1500 and 2800lb models (black and yellow) are are only intended for applications with a constantly loaded commercial applications.

These shocks were recommended by a gearhead buddy, and I couldn't be happier with them. Very easy to put on my 2012 GMC 2500HD by myself. Truck had 75k miles on it but rolling over cattle guards daily took its toll on the factory shocks. These shocks are way smoother.
