Bilstein 4600s are STILL an awesome choice!

The 4600s have been around for what, 20+ years? I had them on my 2002 2500 HD DMax and they were great then. Fast forward to today. The factory Rancho shocks on my 2022 2500 HD DMax were very stiff. My wife finally had enough of the rough ride and told me to get new shocks. Went back to the 4600s and they are as good now as they were 20 years ago. I have a MUCH smoother ride and the truck handles just as well--if not better--than with the stiffer Ranchos. I highly recommend!

Best bang for the buck upgrade

I had these on my 2009 Duramax.I put them on after 150,000 miles. They made such a remarkable difference in that truck thatI drove it over another100,000 miles. I recently bought a new F-250 with a snow plow and camper package and the ride unloaded is choppy at best. 3K miles and I swapped out the factory shocks for a set of bilstein B6 4600 shocks..The difference is amazing! That choppy ride on washboard roads or rough pavement is gone. The truck handles better and the ride is noticibly smoothe

Pleased results

My 06 jeep liberty justpassed 100k. Still working great, thought it might be ready for new shocks. The bilsteins made it ride like new again. Ready for the next 100k! Hope it does as well as my 03 f150, still going strong with bilsteins at 241k. ??

Bilstein B6 4600 Shocks & Struts

Instillation and fit up was great on my 2010 Silverado. So far they seem to ride much stiffer in comparison to the previous OEM shocks. I am still undecided if I like these better.

Is what it is

They don't ride any different than my factory shocks that had 240K on them. I questioned that they were ever changed but you can obviously tell since they are yellow and blue. I expected a better ride out of them than factory S&S but I guess they get the job done.

Dog Dave

After research I chose the Bilstein 4600 for my Toyota 4runner. I felt the ride was spongy. I am a retired professional driver trucker. Also I'm a sportsman fly fishing hunting. I needed to improved the suspension for stability and towing. Once the Bilstein 4600,s were installed I noticed a big improvement. I am more than satisfied with the shocks I have stability no more sponginess and better control & handling. I very much recommend the shocks as I shown other people.

Bilstein B6 4600 rear shocks

I was worried that installing the B6 rather than the B4 shocks would lead to a harsh ride accompanied with PRO-LIFT-KIT Springs that increased the height two inches, well the ride is excellent even better than new with shocks and struts. I was able to get it aligned within specs without having to purchased modded components.

Bilstein for RAM

ride and Really like these shocks. They ride much better than the factory ones. Plus, the truck seems to handle better. Had these on a previous truck and thought they were just about perfect then, and they sure are.

Better than expected

Put these on all four corners of my 2500HD. Made a very noticable difference. The ride is smoother and the rear axle stays planted better over studder bumps. Very happy.

Bilstein shock review

I have a 1997 F350 Dually and previously purchased good gas shocks from you but they didn't control the suspension like they should. Even though they were new shocks, I was tired of being in a bucking bronco all the time. The Bilstein 4600s are the best of the best. Steering wheel no longer vibrates up and down and the rear settles back down after going over railroad tracks!

These are great shocks that take most of the bounce out of a 10,500 lb. dually. So fare they are better than anything Ive used in the last 18 years & 388,000 miles.

Greatly improved ride & Handling!

Replacing the OEM Bilstein's on my 2007 Toyota Tundra TRD 4X4 with the new B6 4600 shocks and struts has restored the ride and handling to like new. They make the ride on the rough Oklahoma roads much smoother and no body roll on turns. I'd purchase these again and recommend them without hesitation!

2009 F-150 FX4

These were the right answer when the shocks started leaking in my 2009 with 114,000 miles. After changing from the worn factory shocks and struts, the steering felt much smoother and the truck drove like new again - only better. Response and road feel is better than OEM.
