"all the roads I drive are oil-field roads,wash-board roads about as rough as there is these shocks along with a steering stabilizer made the trip to work a lot smoother, should have changed them a long time ago, great investment" —Gary K W from Carlsbad, NM bought a Rancho RS5000 Shocks for a 2012 Chevy Silverado.

"I haven't towed with them yet, but I am looking forward to it! Still working on the "no load" pressure that I want to use. I have a 2500 HD, so with no load it's not a night and day difference but I do see some difference on the sharp bumps." —Mark A from Hampton, VA bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 2500 HD.

"I purchase the readyliftT6 Billet Leveling kit to level my silverado, but I also needed the front end lift to prevent rubbing the front bumper in the dirt when I went off road. This product is far more expensive than some of the other leveling kits but it's worth the money when it comes to quality and looks great in the suspension. The only downside is when you see the lift this provides your truck, your only going to want to go higher." —Tyler H from Houston, TX bought a ReadyLIFT T6 Billet Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"This is a good kit, as you mount it on top of the strut/spring assembly. No need to compress the spring, also it is poly, so reduces the road vibrations. Don't be worried that the spacer measures 1.33" it raises the truck's front end exactly 2.0"." —Bret H from Mesquite, NV bought a Daystar Comfort Ride Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"was what i wanted, bolts in kit were wrong lenth, but easy to install great product" —Hank F from Ridgefield, NJ bought a Traxda Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 1500, light-duty.

"I bought the ready lift 2.25 inch rear blocks to accompany my ready lift leveling kit. These blocks replaced the stock 1.25 rear blocks to lift the rear end 1 inch. This is the perfect amount of lift to provide _ of an inch rake for when you are hauling loads in your bed, but doesn't take away from the "Level" look when empty. I was skeptical when I bought this product but I have to say it was worth the money and my Silverado looks great. If you want to level your truck but are afraid you will" —Tyler H from Houston, TX bought a ReadyLIFT Rear Block Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

"The kit was easy and straight forward to install in my 07 isuzu ascender needed nothing but what the kit came with" —Joseph L from Abington, MA bought a ReadyLIFT SST Lift Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado.

"did everything that it said it would do lifted my truck leveled it out no issues with any of the parts fit with out any problems" —James D from Lolo, MT bought a Traxda Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 2500HD, 4WD.

"Just what I expected from Ready Lift, real USA quality. I have purchased other products from Ready Lift in the past and have always, like now, been totally satisfied. My 2012 3500 Silverado is now level and without any difference from it's original ride quality.....Thanks, Auto Anything and to Ready Lift as well. Mike, In Colorado" —Joseph C from Cedaredge, CO bought a ReadyLIFT Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado.

"I installed the kit on a Sunday morning by myself and it took me about 3 hours will no air tools. The kit definitely gives your truck a commanding stance but don't expect to to get the result that a suspension lift will do." —Brian M from Los Angeles, CA bought a ReadyLIFT Leveling Kits for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, 1500.

Bilstein B8 5100 Series Truck, Jeep & SUV Shocks & Struts

More Confidence On and Off-Road

With some miles on them now I've noticed that the Bilstein shocks are simply more robust than OEM without sacrificing comfort. The Bilstein shocks handle rocky-dirt roads far better than the OEM shocks ever did, and provide a new confidence on paved roads as well. I set the front struts to their highest setting, and provided adequate lift. With the extra clearance in the front, there still is a small amount of rake in the suspension. Allowing me to tow lighter cargos. View more reviews...

Your Suspension Not Cutting It? Top 10 Suspension Parts to Consider In 2021

Friends don’t let friends buy bad parts. Throw away that eBay link for that $200 coilover set, and don’t even think about cutting those springs!
