"I added a 3" rear block to the rear of my 2013 F150 Platinum to replace the stock 1 1/4" block. I didn't want to overextend the stock shocks and I also added bigger tires. The 5100's have worked perfectly. They handle the bigger, heavier tires better. They also look great with the silver color of my truck. I highly recommend as the ride quality and appearance have been great." —Jared K from Albion, IL bought a Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks for a 2013 Ford F-150.

"Driver side was more difficult than passenger. Installing the inside frame clips were hard to install due to lines running on frame rail. I installed by myself which made it more difficult. Make sure you bend the threaded clips before trying to install inside frame and have your assistant hold them while you thread the bolts in. Bags work well and have been running them at the minimum of 5psi without a load. This pressure raised the back 1/4 inch higher than rear with a 2" level kit." —Jeff J from Acworth, GA bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2013 Ford F-150.

"Very simple and straight forward. Kit contained everything needed, and detailed enough instructions for less experienced. Welded steel construction should hold up well." —Brian R from Canon City, CO bought a Traxda Lift Kits for a 2013 Ford F-150.

"I purchased the skyjacker m95's to replace the factory bilsteins at 122,000 miles on my 03 Avalanche Z-71. I also needed longer shocks up front to accomodate my daystar 2" leveling kit. I really like these shocks. They ride as good as if not better than the bilsteins, and they are much cheaper. You will not be disappointed with the m95's!!" —Greg E from Lewisburg, OH bought a Skyjacker M95 Performance Monotube Shocks for a 2013 Ford F-150.

"Had spring compressor so front and rear went on 2013 f150 in 1.5 hrs total. My Bigest concern was lossing factory ride. Results are better. I say it is abput the same change as switching to sport mode on an electrically controlled system. Truck is still cush but handles with sport authority and less bob and boat like action. The perfect refinement to an already great truck ride. I attribute this to the fact that the factory springs are retained in this upgrade. Buy and enjoy." —Zacharij G from Sedona, AR bought a Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks for a 2013 Ford F-150.

"I ordered the firestone air bag suspension for my 2013 ford F150 w/b&w 5th wheel. They sent two of the kits by mistake, both where for a F150 without the hitch but the box was marked correctly. I had to modify a bracket on the fifth wheel to get the air bags to fit. Once the modification was done everything went great. The product works the way it is designed to work." —Michael F from Onalaska , WI bought a Firestone Air Bag Suspension Kit for a 2013 Ford F-150.

Air Lift Wireless Air Compressor System

AIR LIFT SYSTEM - BAGS AND WIRELESS CONTROL

I received the packages as scheduled. Reviewed instructions and installed. The hardest part was deciding where to mount the compressor and controller. All connections, mounts, tubing and hardware are top quality! Highly recommend! Took me about 4 hours to fully install - at night in the driveway - by myself!! I was a factory trained Ford and BMW technicians and some mechanical aptitude is recommended. The change in the ride and handling of my F150 is unbelieveable. View more reviews...

Firestone In-Cab Air Command Kit

Late arrival

Didnt have time to install thisnin cab before trip to Holiday World. But i did install while down there for the week. Install before you haul so much less stressful to adjust air pressure on the fly. Was shot in dark on air pressure needed to offseat 600 pounds of gear and a 5000 pound travel trailer. On the way down had to stop and raise pressure another 20psi. Was able to adjust for rough road construction on the way back as rough pavement occurred. Totally worth the piece of mind. View more reviews...

Your Suspension Not Cutting It? Top 10 Suspension Parts to Consider In 2021

Friends don’t let friends buy bad parts. Throw away that eBay link for that $200 coilover set, and don’t even think about cutting those springs! The truth is that if we’re talking about common upgrades on our cars/trucks, I would imagine that the suspension is one of the most often misunderstood systems on our cars.
