Use my jeep mainly on the weekends for cruising with my little kids. The ride is much more comfortable than with the factory shocks. I highly rexommend.

"The only thing I have to compare these to are the BDS shocks I took my jeep, which were shot. So far, the ride is great, smooth and no longer make my suspension something I notice on the road and off the road.
Shocks went on easy, only trick was the plastic/rubber bushings that were a bit of a pain until I read the right way to put them on.
Install the rubber bushing first (little bit of grease helps) and THEN install the metal retention bar through the middle. I tried the other way first and got frustrated in a hurry, a quick web search found that trick.
I used a pair of oversized sockets on each side of the retension bar to slip it into the middle, just a bit a of muscle no press needed (sockets save your hands and keep the bar from wiggling).
Otherwise, they went on easy, they ride nice, and the price is a lot cheaper than anywhere else I found." —Jeremy L from Bismarck, ND bought a Skyjacker Nitro 8000 Shocks for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler.
