Koni 8050 1049...07 Chrysler 300c..5.7

I installed these on the rear of my 300c after earlier installing Konis on the front. The Koni reputation for controlled comfort is, in my opinion, justified. Comparing these entry level Konis to the factory shocks, which were not malfunctioning.. the rear is better planted, and the ride is more comfortable. Parts were delivered on time, and in good condition. Not many miles traveled yet..

fits a 96 318ti

Plug and play for a 1996 318ti - kits get these wrong since the 318 is a weird car but these were an inexpensive pair of shocks!

Excellent shock for my suspension upgrade project.

My 2004 Mustang Mach 1 was not handling or riding along very well. The previous owner had stuck lowering coil springs under the car and nothing else. After some research I went with the Eibach Pro kit system from Auto Anything as well as these shocks. The difference in my "Stang is night and day. Turns out the old right front coil spring was broken in half! As I had read other reviews, these Koni's compliment the Eibach system very nicely. My car handles like a go-kart now! I rate them 5 stars.

Koni Shocks & Struts for my EOS

I replaced the OEM shocks & struts on my 2007 VW EOS with the Koni's and a set of Eibach springs - the ride and handling are better than new and believe it is now equal to any GTI.

Installed on 2005 Chrysler 300C

Great riding, keeps car much more level and stable in turns than stock. Ride is smoother and more stable over rough roads than stock. Worth the money over something like Monroe OESpectrum (from personal knowledge). Not racing shocks but not meant to be. A step up from stock.

Good stuff

Replaced the shocks on my '06 Miata with these. Hadn't realized how soft the old ones were until I drove it with the Konis. Firm but not harsh. Excellent control. Glad I had my mechanic change them, as he had to drop the upper control arms for the front and remove a link for the rear. Way beyond my ability. Worth the results

06 Mustang lowered

I lowered my mustang 1.5" in the front and 2" in the rear and was concerned with how it would handle. These koni struts and shocks out performed my expectations giving my car a nice tight feel and excellent handling. paired with a set of adjustable caster camber plates I'm very happy with the results.

3/4 original dampers were blown at 100k miles.

Installed Konis with 1.5" lowering springs with good results on ride quality and noise reduction. Received rear shocks that had a larger rod thread size than stock so I had to modify the top mounts, but the shocks feel good. Better price here than other places I searched.

Night and day difference for worn out suspension.

At around 120k mi, my 3 was definitely showing signs of instability at highway speeds. After replacing OEMs with the STR.T Orange struts the car is solid, planted at highway speeds and dampens again, giving a comfortable ride but allows for some aggressive maneuvering when needed. Kept OEM springs, replaced front end links at the same time. Be ready to sledge hammer the old ones out of the knuckle but it will be worth it. Only negative is struts didn't include the black dirt covers as shown.

Better than stock

Better than stock but not firm enough when used with the stock springs. You can feel better spring control in the ride but that is about it.

Base 6 speed tl

Best thing you can do for your tl that you daily drive, had kyb on before these and car would be all over the place when I hit a bump,or uneven pavement.if you want a sportier ride without race car stiffness this is for you.I'm on stock springs wanted to lower my car(tein h tech)but where I live i have to take my time leaving my apartment, gas stations and downtown areas. So if your like me and want to improve your car and Actually feel a difference start with suspension, exhaust, forced induction.

Koni STR.T

Not to stiff not to soft. Feels good on the smaller bumps but still too harsh of a ride for me on the larger bumps. But my car is lowered. Planning on purchasing different lowering spring to improve the ride.

Koni strut and shocks

One of the best that I've used so far. It is not that bumpy and hard but very competitive and aggressive on corners especially when you need the torque and horse power on winding roads. Yet, it is very comfortable on straight roads. Even when you run over a pot hole, the body doesn't hit the tires. I strongly recommend this for everyday use.
