I love the way these make my truck ride. I have a 6" lift and it drives like a brand new truck. These are 5 stars shocks for the ride and price.

This is the best addition to my jeep so far.

They were very easy to install my son and I installed them in about an hour. We took it on a trail behind my house and they were so smooth. We're doing the rear as soon as they get here.VERY IMPRESSED.

DIFFICULT TO PREPARE FOR INSTALL

gETTING THE RED RUBBER AND THEN THE METAL BRACE INTO THE UPPER PART OF SHOCK IS A PAIN IN THE ARSE. Other than that no issue. Would be much easier if came preinstalled, and why do shock makers not give you new bolts and screws etc with new shocks.

Ordinary, look legit

Intro "white-label" absorbers, so I got what I paid 4 (presumably U know what U want). On a ZJ ('98 Jeep), the lower bushing & mounting pin/bracket do not come pre-installed, so one must have a vice & (2) deep-well sockets or contraption for pressing the assembly (pin/bracket slid into bushing) into the bottom ring. I used WD-40 on a whim, plus vice & sockets, w/ light hammering to center. 2 weeks: working as expected. COI: I was motivated to leave this "Review" by a $10 coupon from SkyJacker.

I was amazed with the Ride

I had bought only the Rear shocks first and after replacing the original shocks that had 105k miles on them, I could tell a big difference. the ride in the rear was alot stiffer, I plan to order the Front replacements next month.

Good value for the price

These shocks look great, fit well, and perform as expected. Experienced a noticeable improvement in ride quality and reduced suspension noise after replacing my 3 year old set of rough country shocks on the rear of my 2000 JEEP GCL. I plan to replace the rough country's with a set of these on the front next.

Quality product from a reliable website

I'll admit I haven't installed these shocks yet on my Ford Ranger. However, they arrived very quickly and the price was a fantastic deal. All required pieces arrived in each box and assembling the shocks was easy enough. Be mindful that the hydro shocks have a different fluid than gas filled and are thus easier to compress and extend. I know how to do this installation but I'm waiting to acquire a few more parts to do a complete suspension overhaul. If they product fails I will change my rating.

Skyjacker shock review

Shocks are for a 4runner with coil lift in rear and ball joint spacers in front, good quality just make sure you have a 90* impact to pull the strut style bolts off the factory shocks.
