I have owned at least ten of these Black Max tonneau covers over the years for various trucks. I have never had an issue with durability, install or performance. I love the classic look of the soft cover, and the Extang snap system is functional and strong. I keep them clean and treated with "303 Protectant" and they look new for years.

Looks great, quality materials....only complaint I'd the ability to rotate snaps located on cab rail from "tight" position to "loose" position once cab rail and side rails are permanently installed with 3M sticky tape. Other than that no complaints at all....looks great and well made. Especially like the mounting on o the cross-bow supports. They start put under all conditions.

I looked around a lot before I bought this cover. I had a pretty tight budget which eliminated many options, so I settled on this cover based on all the positive reviews. The installation was quick and painless and it looks awesome!

This is my second Black Max. The first one was on a Ranger and I loved the look of it. A little disappointed with how far the toneau sucks down when driving down the highway, hopefully in the spring I'll have the time to tighten it up.

The Extang Black Max Tonneau cover really makes the truck look sharp and the fuel milage increased between 1.5 to 2 miles per gallon. It snaps tight, does not let any moisture in (even when driving in a rainstorm with a 40 mile per hour side wind). I would definatly recommend this cover.

I have been very happy with my BlackMax cover. It was so simple and quick to install. Besides having the comfort of being able to travel with things in my truck bed and not worry about them being exposed, I am especially happy that it will also help the performance of my truck and improve its gas milage. Happily covered, Jeff

from the box takes about fifteen minutes for two people. I say two people because two people can align the cover with the top of the bed more easily. Only six set screws to install. Snaps are already where they need to be....... I own two pickups and both have Extang BlackMax covers. Last but not least, a black cover really sets my white F-250 off.
