i received the product pretty quick. I opened it up and the parts were well packed. The instructions were smashed in there but other than that well packed. Instructions could of been better. Came to realize I had the wrong clamps. I chose to go through extang. Didn't care to go through the middle man and wait even more time to get the correct parts. New parts shipped in two days. Just need to reinstall. Not a bad cover. I would probably buy again.

My first attempt to install the cover was unsuccessful. The supplied clamps didn't fit. I called Extang and talked to a customer rep. After taking measurements he determined the horizontal rails were cut wrong and would send me replacements. The new rails arrived, they were the same length as the old rails, another call to Extang. The new customer rep wanted photos of the clamps (I received blue #23 clamps and she suspected I needed #1clamps. Photos sent ,new clamps sent. Happy ending.

I have about 40 rental properties, and always have a few small fix it items that need to be done. With tools in the tool box and larger items safe and clean under the tonneau I feel as ready as possible for whatever need to be done. Looks sharp and easy to install. I think this is the 5th one I have owned. Happy customer. Barry

This cover so far has held up well. However on the tightest settings still flaps in the wind more than other covers I have owned in the past (Access, Truxedo). I decided after the first week to invest in a total bed seal kit from Access for my 2010 sierra crew cab and this decreased the flapping in the wind quite a bit, but it is fall and the temperature fluctuations are so broad right now, will have to see how it does this winter. Also wish they would've sent more extra weather stripping as it is hard to find the right width in the stores. Also the seal between the toolbox and the cover could be designed better on the ends so that the seal on the bed rail ends was better. I would recommend this more for smooth surfaced toolboxes instead of diamond plate surface like mine.
