It took several days for the shipping from the west to east coast via truck freight and then a few extra days for the cover to be delivered from the local freight terminal to my residence via a private delivery service. The cover arrived in two boxes strapped to a pallet, shipping weight was listed as 170 pounds. The installation was pretty straight forward but unless you are pretty stout two people are needed to position the cover canister on the truck bed rails.

Great cover! Richard M at Auto Anything was helpful and professional in assisting me to figure out and place my order. "An excellent cover" as he said and I believe it. Operates smoothly and easily installed by myself. Thanks again Richard M and Auto Anything!

After a lot of research my son and I both got the American Roll Tonneau cover for our trucks. The Added tool box caught our eve at first but we decided against it for now. The product arrived quickly - carefully packed on a pallet, with clear instructions on installation. I had a question so I sent it to them through their website and a customer service rep called me back in less than 30 minutes form my submission. They provided great customer service for a top line product.

Installation was really simple. I was expecting a nice, well built cover. I received an excellent, seriously engineered perfectly fitting cover that exceeded all my expectations. Looks really looks nice and compliments the truck. Highly recommend to anyone.

OK, the cover looks great and works perfectly. Just as other reviews say, read the instructions a few times and watch the You Tube video. The Dodge Ram if equipped with the bedliner with the lip over the front rail, you need to remove and cut the liner about 6 inches down to remove the lip and make some slots for the brackets to install correctly. For the tapered bed, the number of shims will increase as you move forward, the idea of taping them together works great. Approx 2.5 hours install

Me and my son installed this cover the day in came in. It was packaged well and instructions were pretty straight foward. It did take us about two and half hours to install. This was including the 30 mins. it took to get the nerve up to drill four 1 1/4" holes in the a new truck bed. With the rubber grummets that came with the cover, it looks great. The cover is expensive but looks great. It does have a small leak somewhere toward the front but I am sure a little weather stripping will take care of it.

Purchasing my American Roll Top Cover through Autoanything has been my best internet purchase by far. Price wise it was the best deal anywhere, shipping was extremely fast, and the quality of the product is excellent. Installation is fairly straight forward. I have a Dodge Ram which has a tapered bed therefore spacers are required when fastening your side rails. The product is top notch and I'm extremely satisfied with fit, finish, and quality of product. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a retractable bed cover.

The cover showed up in perfect shape. It may not be the manly thing to do, but read the instructions thoroughly before you start (with the parts layed out on the floor). It will make the install less painful. Getting the shims to stay put while installing the clips/clamps is tough, so I resorted to taping them together and then to the bed rail. When finished (~5 hours alone), the cover looked and worked like a champ. If I had to install another, I could do it much more quickly (maybe 2 hours) with what I learned the first time around. Dodge Note: The sheet metal screws are self-tapping, but drilling small pilot holes helps keep the aluminum bracket from moving too much.
