I love this cover, it's perfect. Easy to install, looks fantastic, very easy to operate, versatile. I have metal bed caps and the G2 fit no problem at all. Low profile. Four stars on the price because it is fairly expensive and I haven't had it long enough (about two wks) to fairly assess value. Oh, and we just had a half a foot of snowfall overnight and the cover kept the bed bone dry.

The shipment came in 2 cartons, 1 with the covers and hardware the other with the side rails, packing was excellent, The instructions could have been better, they were a generic instruction. The side rails shipped with strips of plastic, no mention in the instructions i did find a note with the rails later that said to use the strips if there isn't the plastic bed rails on the truck. If you watch the video it cover other parts like the window bumpers. I love the cover, it's much easier to use then the snap on cover i replaced. Would buy again if i got another pick-up

The quality of the Kurgo is great. It is made of top quality of fibrics and the stiching is excelent. The only thing I don't care for are the strap design could be a little different. Wilson just loves it.

I installed the cover yesterday. The whole cover only weighs about 80 lbs, so I was able to do it by myself. It looks nice, and seems pretty secure. My bed-liner had to be trimmed in the front to accommodate the rails. I pulled the front plugs in the bed floor to run drain tubes. I like the idea of having a flush, secure cover that enables me to easily access the open bed if necessary.

Recently purchased the Bakflip G-2 for my '06 Dakota. It is replacing a soft tonneau cover. I can safely say there is no comparison between the two! I installed it in about 40 minutes, very simple install. Of all the folding hard covers available, the Bakflip had the best reviews. The only feature this cover doesn't have is reverse folding from the cab back, an option I wouldn't have used anyway. Highly recommend this product!

This cover is awesome ! I used to have a Dodge "Soft Top" with the snaps. Only problem was that if the temperature dropped below 80 deg. you couldn't resnap them. I had to physically crawl inside the truck bed to remove objects. With this cover, you pull the cords and the latches disengage (on every panel except the third). Well built out of aluminum and durable. Minor rub was that some of the edges were unfinished (sharp) and the drilled holes still had flashing on them. I matched the cover up with the Pop & Lock Tailgate lock so now I have a nice secure area to place valuables. I also purchased separately from AA, the BAK Bed X-Tender, which when rotated, prevents all the valuables in the truck bed from sliding.

Over the phone help was great prior to purchase and I received the cover quickly. Have a drop in bed liner for Dodge Dakota though that required some major cuts around the rail area. Fortunately I have a mini circular saw that did the job. Cover installed quickly after that and looks GREAT.

The Bak Bakflip cover is extremely easy to install on dodge dakotas, it took maybe a half hour and hour tops.....It looks great and does not get in the way. I recommend this cover because it is sold at a descent price and is just as good as any other cover.
