The key is to install the clamps 3 each side, when these clamps fixed, the next step is just align the cover itself. What's inconvenience is you have to close the tail and then close the cover.

I like the solid low profile cover. Easy to install, but it's leaking somewhere and I'm not sure if it's the seal or drain channels.

This keeps most of the water out of bed, but not all. I haven't had time to try to find the leak points and come up with a solution to stop all leaks. There are some definite openings near the cab end of the box where water can infiltrate. Apparently, the newest model for the Ram 1500 regular box does not come with a bulkhead seal, but I'm considering buying a door or window sill strip at a local hardware store to help plug up some of these gaps and make it more water tight.

The Undercover Flex arrived quickly from Auto Anything and was well packaged. It took about an hour to install with the help of a friend - pretty easy and straight forward. It mounted flush as expected and looks great. I live in the rainy northwest and it has rained a considerable amount in the 2 weeks since I installed the Undercover Flex on my truck. The truck has been parked outside the whole time and I haven't experienced any leakage.

I had backflip f1 on previous truck. I believe it was better in many ways but not enough to justify 300-400 dollar difference. I believe finish is better on undercover but lacks in the folding compared to back flip

Always been a topper guy, thought I would give one of these a try. Having factory side rail caps on my ram I needed to lay down some weatherstrip along the cab rail because of leaks, no leaks now but haven't got caught in a rainstorm either, needs end plugs for the rain channel where it meets the tailgate, made my own, whoever packaged the unit knicked up some of the weatherstripping on the rails where the staples penetrated the packaging, DUH. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars....

Great quality. Great deal too, worked with sales Associate for couple extra % off price. No leaks so far. Previous truck had BakFlip G2, found UnderCover Flex simpler install.

Process from ordering over phone to install was simple. Customer service handled with ease. Shipment arrived early. Cover was installed with little to no problem. Adjusted once to lower so side molding fit more snug on bed top. It sat in box for a month so this may be why it was not snug. The water tubing was to stiff. It pinched trying put into bed holes. Used soft hose from Auto store. The metal railing towards back of truck was razor sharp. Filed down. Took to carwash. Minimal leak. Love it.
