Problems: crude drill holes for mounting...had to adjust to prevent mounting bracket from hitting tailgate! Locking mechanism on one panel off center by 3/16". Rod holder on driver's side installed upside down! Noticed a few small leaks when washing Ridgeline. Design is very nice. I like the fact that each panel locks. I do wish that BakFlip would put a different seal on rear panel so tailgate can be closed when cover is closed. Probably wouldn't recommend to a friend.

The shipment came in quickly. The Installation was easy to follow, but the shipment was missing 2 star knob but when contacted the missing items were received in a few days. The rod the keeps the tonneau cover in the up position needs to get re-positioned somehow because I cannot open my trunk open all the way - but its still okay. Over all I am happy with the purchase.

Easy to install (I am not handy) and a very tight fit. Easy to operate and very nice appearance. On one side in about a 1 1/2 inch area, the rubber against the side of the bed dips a bit lower and may let water in. I am trying to figure this out and I am a bit bummed about it. But I have been through the car wash and no leaks. I would for sure recommend versus a vinyl cover!!!

Very sturdy, looks good, came packed well with custom blown in foam on all sides of the panels. Installation was pretty easy. Watch the youtube video. The instructions are OK, but totally left out using the self tapping screws to hold the tailgate ends of the rails in place. The holes in the cab end did not quite match up with the mounting slots in the rails, but a little manipulation got the bolts in and tightened down. I put a tailgate lock on the truck, so it is pretty secure.

Very easy to install and looks nice on my RidgeLine. It came missing one rubber washer and seals water from bed pretty well but not fully. The you tube video was very helpful for installation. I like the look and storage with this cover. Much cheaper than what dealer would have put on. Overall I am pleased.
