The cover showed up in perfect shape. It may not be the manly thing to do, but read the instructions thoroughly before you start (with the parts layed out on the floor). It will make the install less painful. Getting the shims to stay put while installing the clips/clamps is tough, so I resorted to taping them together and then to the bed rail. When finished (~5 hours alone), the cover looked and worked like a champ. If I had to install another, I could do it much more quickly (maybe 2 hours) with what I learned the first time around.
Dodge Note: The sheet metal screws are self-tapping, but drilling small pilot holes helps keep the aluminum bracket from moving too much.
